On a serious note, we do want to let everyone know that the Willy’s World Cybercafe management team is still at it and working EXTREMELY HARD to get the new Payment solutions (for sending AND receiving funds) added to the Willy’s World Cybercafe website (YAAYY 🥳). Trust us, we understand your frustration more than you know! Remember, if it’s effecting YOU, then it’s hurting us too … both MENTALLY (because we’re sensitive😞 lol), as well as FINANCIALLY (Willy’s World Cybercafe can’t exist without our customers).

**Now for the slightly unnecessary but necessary tangent (PLEASE READ …or don’t 😒) : Unfortunately, we CANNOT speak for, nor make any guarantees regarding the REDEEM/WITHDRAWAL issues that everyone may or may not still be experiencing with GATEWAY MARKETPLACE/DUBHUB E-WALLET. As we’ve stated previously and on numerous occasions, WE ARE WILLY’S WORLD CYBERCAFE. We do NOT work for GATEWAY MARKETPLACE, nor do we work for the DUBHUB E-WALLET company. We (WILLY’S WORLD CYBERCAFE) are AFFILIATE PARTNERS of the GATEWAY MARKETPLACE gaming platform. The DUBHUB E-WALLET is a THIRD PARTY company that GATEWAY MARKETPLACE uses (similar to Cashapp) to process all transactions that are performed on the GATEWAY MARKETPLACE platform. When we (WILLY’S WORLD CYBERCAFE) lost access to Cashapp and Apple Pay on JULY 1st, we (WILLY’S WORLD CYBERCAFE) were able to make an awesome arrangement with GATEWAY MARKETPLACE that allowed us to continue to operate and serve our sweeps fam (YOU) but through the GATEWAY MARKETPLACE platform, using their built-in, third party e-Wallet provider (DUBHUB). This awesome arrangement is essentially the SAME THING as using Cashapp or Apple Pay to play with us (WILLY’S WORLD CYBERCAFE). In a nutshell, GATEWAY MARKETPLACE basically became (replaced) our Cashapp and Apple Pay on July 1st. So (again), what all of that means is that WILLY’S WORLD CYBERCAFE simply CANNOT provide assistance for GATEWAY MARKETPLACE and/or DUBHUB in the same way we CANNOT provide you assistance for any issue that YOU have with YOUR BANK or YOUR CASHAPP/PAYPAL/APPLE PAY/ETC. These platforms have their own 24/7 customer support teams that can provide the assistance you seek. And to clear the air for those of you that have an issue with this for whatever reason… we are not trying to be mean or rude when we tell you these things or when we redirect you to the appropriate channels. As a business, communication is key and misinformation can definitely do more harm than good. So, instead of trying to come up with some random answer or give you the wrong information, we at least point you in the right direction so that you can hopefully find the answers you’re looking for… (😮‍💨sheesh, that was an unexpected mouthful 😂) *

Soooo… with all of that reiterated and stated and all of that good stuff 😂😅 the actual reason for this message was to make everyone aware that we are actively making changes to the website that you should (hopefully🤞🏾) NOT be seeing on your end but hey … mistakes happen and life goes on 😅 lol Just don’t panic because yes, we are aware and we will be sure to fix it 😇
